Tonga Strategic Development Framework 2015-2015

The TSDF II is Tonga’s top-level planning framework guiding national development from 2015 to 2025. It outlines a long-term vision for a more progressive Tonga, supported by 7 National Outcomes and 29 Organizational Outcomes, structured across five pillars: economic, social, political institutions, infrastructure and technology, and natural resources and environment. 

Developed through extensive national consultations, the strategy emphasizes inclusive growth, sustainability, and good governance. It serves as the foundation for sector plans, corporate strategies, and the national budgeting process, aiming to enhance the quality of life for all Tongans while preserving cultural identity and resilience to global and climate-related challenges.
