The report emphasizes the need for improved regulatory environments, better data, and public-private investment to accelerate the region’s digital economy. Key development goals include enabling digital services in tourism, creative industries, agriculture, and MSME growth. It also sets the stage for the Regional E-Commerce Strategy and Roadmap under the Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat.
